A synopsis of more detailed information is included for individuals where records exist in the The National Archives. Many records were damaged beyond repair by bombs in the Second World War. In addition, for some men, information from Roll of Honour (ed. Marquis de Ruvigny) has very kindly been provided by Colin Chadwick. This is an ongoing project - updates will be notified on the Home Page of Knaresborough Online.
